Rules for participation in the loyalty program
The Old Park Guest House offers a loyalty program for regular guests. It is valid when booking through the official website.
After completing the stay, bonuses are automatically credited to your personal account, the amount of which depends on the cost of the paid reservation.
The accumulated bonuses can be used when planning future trips, paying for part of the cost of accommodation.
The main rules of the program:
- bonuses are awarded only for bookings made through the official website;
- accrual occurs after the actual departure of the guest;
- bonuses can be used to pay for part of the cost of staying in rooms of any category;
- the program does not apply to bookings made through travel companies and third-party booking services.

How to spend a discount
The STANDARD status is assigned at the time of the first booking. Privileges become active from the first arrival - 3% discount on accommodation
SILVER status - Awarded when staying in a hotel for a total amount of 30,000 rubles or more - 5% discount on accommodation
GOLD status is awarded when staying in a hotel for a total amount of 50,000 rubles or more - 7% discount on accommodation
PLATINUM status - Awarded when staying in a hotel for a total amount of 100,000 rubles or more - 10% discount on accommodation
Log in to the guest's Personal Account before booking (use the same authorization method as during registration).
Select the check-in and check-out dates and specify the number of guests.
The system will automatically apply your accumulated discount — the final price will be displayed with a discount in the "Discounts and Bonuses" section.
Choose a convenient payment method (card, SBP, payment upon check-in, etc.).
Confirm your booking. The confirmation will include the original price, the discount amount, and the total amount to be paid.

Is the guest house far from the National Park and pump rooms?
We are located in the very center of Kislovodsk on Lenin Avenue. The entrance to the National Park is just a 5-minute walk away. The mineral water pump room is about a 7-minute walk away.

Is there a catering service in the guest house?
The guest house does not have its own restaurant, but breakfast is served for guests. There is a Resort dining room with a wide selection of dishes within walking distance, and a microwave oven for heating food is available on the floor.

Is parking available?
Yes, there is free parking on site for guests. If you plan to arrive by car, we recommend that you inform us in advance.

Do you help with the organization of excursions?
Of course, our administrators will be happy to help you choose and book interesting sightseeing routes. For our guests, we offer the services of trusted partners and favorable conditions.

Do you provide a transfer service from the train station or airport?
Yes, we can arrange a comfortable transfer for you upon prior request. Please let us know the date and time of your arrival so that we can pick up the car on time.
