We are located in the very center of Kislovodsk on Lenin Avenue. The entrance to the National Park is just a 5-minute walk away. The mineral water pump room is about a 7-minute walk away.

Beautiful guest house in the heart of Kislovodsk. The room has everything you need: a flat-screen TV, stable Internet, a great bed with a comfortable mattress. I would especially like to note the cleanliness — there is no hint of mold in the bathroom, the plumbing is shiny. Towels were changed on time. In the evenings, we enjoyed spending time in the spacious gazebo on site. Kurortny Boulevard and the Colonnade can be reached on foot, the location is just perfect.

A wonderful guest house for a relaxing holiday. The perfect combination of price, quality and convenient location. The entrance to the National Park is only a five-minute walk away, which was a crucial factor for us when choosing. The rooms are warm, bright and cozy. The TV shows a lot of channels, the Internet is fast. I would also like to mention the presence of its own closed parking, which is a rarity and a huge plus for Kislovodsk. The entire infrastructure is within walking distance. A solid five!

An amazing place for those who come to drink water and walk! It takes only about seven minutes to walk to the pump room with the mineral waters of Narzan, Yessentuki 4 and Slavyanovskaya. Literally a three—minute walk away is the Resort canteen, where we had breakfast and lunch - very tasty and affordable. The guest house itself is quiet, the sound insulation is good. The room is warm even in winter. The staff is helpful, always ready to help and suggest routes for walking around the Resort Park.
